    The Regional Transportation Authority is hosting a public hearing from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 20 at the Grayslake village hall, 10 S. Seymour Ave., on its proposed strategic plan. The RTA provides oversight, funding and planning for the Chicago Transit Authority bus and train, Metra commuter rail and PACE suburban bus.
